2. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as agreed) is received
- Remaining balances must be paid prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Cancellations made within a specified period before the event may incur additional fees
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, requirements)
- Ensure suitable space, access, and power supply for equipment
- Inform us of any venue restrictions or special requirements
- Maintain a safe environment for our team and equipment
5. Travel & Coverage
- DJ and photo booth services are provided within a specified travel range
- Additional travel fees may apply for events outside this area
- Celebrant services may be available nationwide, subject to availability
6. Equipment & Setup
- We are responsible for setup and operation of our equipment
- Equipment remains our property at all times
- Any damage caused by guests or third parties may be charged to the client
7. Media & Content
- Photos, videos, and content captured during events may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing
- Clients may receive access to digital content depending on the service booked
8. Liability
- We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, technical failures, force majeure)
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked
9. Website Use
- All content on this website is for informational purposes only
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- We reserve the right to update or change website content at any time
10. Privacy
